Dystopia, futuristic SciFi and a Hoover 742 fountain pen

Once again I have committed a watercolour painting in the steadfast belief that it will improve my skill set.
Again I have used the usual suspects of tools, Ink, watercolour, brushes and a few Copic and Touch markers.

A friend gave me a very neat little gift the other day.
He was helping to clean out a villa after someone died, and as he was going on he found an old messed up pen on the floor in the cellar. Took it home and later gave it to me. All I had to do was clean it in water and refill it (got a plunger patent).

T’was a Hoover 742 fountain pen the best tool I’ve had for fine lining so far.
One can keep filling it up (ink is cheap in big bottles), and it has the most amazing dynamic line quality.
After getting used to it ( handles a little harder then the average fine line pen like Pilot V-Ball or Faber-Castell Vision 1476 micro and their likes), it is by fare the best tool for this kind of stuff (inking the fine lines in my comic drawings) I’ve had so fare. It handles a lot easier than for instance the regular nibs used a lot in comic inking, but leaves a dynamic line that can compete.
